About the Project

Kokpit AI is a SaaS product developed in-house by Enextware and offered on subscription. All customer messages arriving via the WhatsApp Cloud API, the Instagram Messaging API, web forms and a chat bubble embedded on the website with a single line of code are merged into one inbox. The AI assistant gives the first reply from the business’s own product catalog: it queries price, stock and delivery information in the database through tools instead of making things up, extracts the customer’s name, phone number and product of interest from the conversation, automatically opens a lead record and marks how hot it is. A model router was built so that a fast, low-cost model handles simple questions while a more capable model takes over difficult messages such as negotiations or complaints. The bot does not engage with off-topic requests and goes silent once a conversation is handed over to a person. A sales pipeline kanban, quotes prepared from the catalog that customers configure and approve through an approval link, one-click conversion of quotes into orders, work orders and a production board, cash management, receivables tracking, proforma invoices and reports all live in the same software. e-Invoices and e-Archive invoices are issued through provider-independent adapters written for Paraşüt, EDM Bilişim and Uyumsoft, with the document type selected automatically via a tax number lookup. No industry is hard-coded: sector templates such as manufacturer, trade, services and appointments define the product fields, pipeline stages, terminology, AI instructions and visible screens, so entering a new industry means adding a new template record rather than changing code. In a single database, every record is isolated by company identity; new companies are opened, and packages and usage quotas are managed, from the super admin panel. Subscription payments are collected with iyzico. The marketing website, the web panel and the React Native mobile app for iOS and Android all use the same server and the same data.
