Frequently asked questions
What is a QR menu and how does it work?
A QR menu is a digital menu that opens in the browser when a guest scans the QR code on the table with their phone camera — no app download needed. The menu is managed from one panel, so any change to prices, items or categories appears on every table instantly, without reprinting.
How many languages does the QR menu support?
The standard setup comes in Turkish, English and Russian, and guests switch languages with one tap at the top of the menu. For venues in tourist areas, this means waiters no longer need to translate the menu.
How much does the QR menu cost?
The QR menu starter plan is 5,000 TL per year (VAT included). For a package with a website or for multi-branch businesses, the scope is agreed during a call. Message us on WhatsApp for current packages.
Can I update the menu myself?
Yes. You can change items, prices, photos and categories yourself from the admin panel. If you prefer, we prepare the full menu, translations and photos during the initial setup.
Do guests need to download an app to use the QR menu?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens straight in the browser. No extra app is needed on iPhone or Android.
Can you build a website and a QR menu together?
Yes. A restaurant website, QR menu, Google Maps, WhatsApp and reservation links can all be set up in one structure. The menu page on the website and the QR menu use the same content.
