The most common questions about packages, pricing, delivery time and technical support.
Delivery platforms charge a commission on every order, often a significant share of the order value depending on your category and agreement. More importantly, on these platforms customers search for “pizza near me”, not for you, and your brand gets lost among dozens of competitors. On your own website your menu, photos and story live in one place, and with WhatsApp ordering you can take orders without platform commission. Regular guests bookmark you and you can announce offers directly. Platforms are good for discovery; your own site is what builds repeat business and loyalty. And without a website, it is very hard to rank for searches like “Italian restaurant Antalya”.
No technical knowledge is needed. The admin panel is as simple as an email app: choose a category, type the item name and description, upload a photo taken on your phone, enter the price and press “publish”. It appears on the site immediately. Prices can be updated in bulk, so changes like a 5% increase on all pizzas or a fixed amount on all drinks take a few clicks. Seasonal menus have an on/off switch, so you can hide the winter menu and show the summer one. Multi-branch restaurants can have branch-specific prices or central pricing. Before launch we give a 30-minute panel training and share a screen-recorded guide, and you can reach us on WhatsApp whenever you get stuck.
Global platforms such as OpenTable are not widely used in Turkey, so most restaurants either use a simple form-based reservation or the table management in our own admin panel. Form-based: the guest enters date, time, party size and any special requests; the restaurant is notified by email and WhatsApp and replies with a confirmation, rejection or alternative. Panel-based: real-time table availability is shown, so the guest instantly sees that, for example, a table for four is free at that time. Panel-based works better for fine dining and small venues with limited capacity; a form is usually enough for cafés and everyday restaurants with a modest number of daily reservations. We decide on the right model together in the first meeting.
WhatsApp ordering is a channel more and more restaurants in Turkey are using. The guest picks items from the menu, enters their address and contact details, and taps “send via WhatsApp”; WhatsApp opens on their phone with the full order (items, quantities, prices, address, notes) ready as a message, and they just press send. On the restaurant side, a WhatsApp Business account is used and orders are organised by status (new, preparing, out for delivery, delivered). In a more advanced setup, the WhatsApp Business API sends orders straight into your admin panel so the team manages everything from one screen. It is commission-free, gives you the customer’s number for remarketing and builds loyalty. Alongside delivery platforms, it can grow total order volume while lowering your costs.
Restaurant SEO rests on two pillars: local SEO and a Google-friendly technical structure. For local SEO, your Google Business Profile is completed in full (address, phone, opening hours, photos, menu, reviews with owner replies), the site is connected to the map and your business details are kept consistent for “near me” searches. Menu and restaurant information is structured so search engines understand it clearly. On the content side, blog posts and branch pages are built around local keywords such as “Italian restaurant Antalya” or “breakfast in Alanya”. Timelines vary with competition, but local searches usually start to improve within a few months, and category searches take longer. Restaurants with an active Google profile and consistent reviews tend to see results faster.
The price depends on the project scope: number of pages, integrations, multilingual needs, custom modules and the amount of content. We share the exact figure after a short call — use our Get a Free Quote page for a tailored offer.
