Custom software is built from scratch around your process instead of bending an off-the-shelf package to fit it. Off-the-shelf software works well for standard processes, but when your business model differs it may not fully meet your needs even though you pay per user every month. With custom software, screens are designed around the way you work, your data stays on your own server, the software changes as your needs change, and it talks smoothly to your other systems such as your website, mobile app or ecommerce store. In the analysis we compare the long-term cost of both options with you.

We work in three phases. In the analysis phase we map your current processes, user roles, data flow and integration needs, and prioritise the modules. In the core development phase the user system, main panel, the one or two most critical modules and the reporting foundation are built; the software goes into use at the end of this phase. In the expansion phase the remaining modules, reports and integrations are added in two-week releases. You review and approve each release in a test environment.

The analysis phase usually takes 1-2 weeks. The first phase, where the core modules go live, is completed within 4-8 weeks; simple panels that digitise a single process can take even less. Comprehensive projects covering several departments, integrations and reports can take 3-9 months in total. Because we work in phases, you start benefiting from the first module without waiting for the whole system. The timeline is shared in writing at the end of the analysis.

On the backend we use Node.js and Python; for databases, PostgreSQL and MySQL for relational data and MongoDB for flexible data. We design APIs to RESTful standards, with GraphQL where needed, and document them with Swagger/OpenAPI so your mobile app or business partners can connect to the same API easily. Applications are packaged with Docker and can be deployed on AWS, Google Cloud, Hetzner or your own server. For the interface we prefer React and Next.js.

For most business software a web-based system is the right starting point: it needs no installation, is accessed through a browser from the office, home or field, and updates reach everyone at once. If field teams need barcode scanning, photos or offline use, a mobile app connected to the same API is added. A desktop application only makes sense when special hardware or working without internet is a hard requirement.

Yes. The integrations we build most often are e-invoice and e-archive integrators, accounting software such as Logo, Mikro, Netsis and Paraşüt, payment providers such as iyzico and PayTR, shipping carriers, marketplaces such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada, SMS, email and the WhatsApp Business API. We work with any system that has an official API; for legacy systems without an API we build file transfer or middleware solutions. Integrations are identified in the analysis and included in the quote.

The software is built with role-based permissions, encrypted connections (SSL), secure password storage and audit logs for critical actions. The database is backed up regularly and a restore plan is prepared. In projects that process personal data, access and retention rules compliant with KVKK, Turkey’s data protection law, are designed from the start. Your data is kept on your own server or in a cloud account opened in your name, and the project contract clearly states the delivery and usage terms of the source code.

The cost depends on the number of modules, user roles, workflow complexity, integrations, reporting needs, data migration and whether a mobile app is required. Splitting the work into phases instead of building everything at once lowers the initial investment and lets you manage the budget based on real usage. Before launch we run live training for your team and share a screen-recorded guide and an FAQ document. For maintenance we offer a monthly package, sized to the project, covering servers, backups, security updates, bug fixes and small improvements. New modules, reports or integrations are developed per project or on an hourly basis. Critical issues are handled with priority, and a contractual SLA option is available.
