CRM vs ERP vs Operations Software: Key Differences
CRM, ERP and operations software solve different problems. See which one your business needs, when off-the-shelf is enough and when to build custom software.
We build inventory management software for businesses that track stock in spreadsheets or in panels that do not talk to each other. We bring warehouses, orders, purchasing and sales channels into one place for real-time stock accuracy.

Most stock problems are not caused by missing software but by the same product showing different figures in three places: one in the warehouse, another on the website, another on the marketplace. We set up a single source of truth and connect your sales channels and accounting to it.

The most common questions about packages, pricing, delivery time and technical support.
At a small scale it can be. With one warehouse, a few hundred products, a single sales channel and one or two users, free tools or Excel templates do the job, and commissioning software would be an unnecessary cost. The limit starts here: if you sell on several channels (your own site + marketplaces + a physical store) and stock is balanced between them by hand, errors are inevitable and you end up selling the same item twice and cancelling one order. Once you need variants (size, colour), multiple warehouses, a returns flow, barcode counting or accounting integration, free tools fall short. Free tools also do not keep your data on your own server, and export and backup limits may apply.
A ready-made package is the right choice if your process is standard: it starts fast, runs on a monthly subscription and the vendor handles maintenance. Custom software makes sense when your process is non-standard, such as multi-stage production stock (semi-finished goods), consignment, bundled products, special pricing or approval flows specific to your sector. The rule is simple: the more critical the point where a package forces you into its way of working, the higher the return of custom software. For most companies the answer is a hybrid: the ready-made accounting software stays, inventory and operations move to custom software, and the two talk through an integration.
Migration happens in three steps. First, product, stock and movement data is pulled from existing sources (Excel, the old program, marketplace panels) and de-duplicated, because the same product saved under different names is the most common issue. Next, the data is loaded into a test environment and compared with a physical count; any difference is traced to its source. Finally, the real switchover is done, ideally on a low-volume day, and the old system is kept as a fallback for the first week. A full backup is taken beforehand and a written rollback plan is prepared to rule out data loss.
Yes. We set up two-way synchronisation through the APIs of Trendyol, Hepsiburada and similar marketplaces: when stock changes in the system it is reflected on the marketplace, and when an order comes in from the marketplace the stock drops automatically. The critical detail is reservation logic: the moment an order is placed, the item must be deducted from sellable stock even if it is still physically in the warehouse, otherwise you sell it twice. Sync frequency and which source wins in a conflict are defined up front.
The price depends on the project scope: number of pages, integrations, multilingual needs, custom modules and the amount of content. We share the exact figure after a short call — use our Get a Free Quote page for a tailored offer.

Yes. After launch we provide technical maintenance, content updates, performance improvements, planning for new modules and ongoing development support. We can work with a monthly maintenance package or an hourly support model.
We start by mapping your current flow: product and variant structure, number of warehouses, sales channels, returns and the accounting connection. The first phase fixes the point that causes the most errors, then the system grows step by step.
