Broker sites bring guests but take a commission on every rental and keep the guest's contact details and their next booking. A guest who books on your own site becomes your customer: they message you directly on their next holiday and pass your address to friends. You do not need to close the broker channel; the goal is to grow the share of direct bookings over time. For that, your site has to show the price as quickly and transparently as a broker and let a guest book on mobile in two minutes.

Each car class gets a daily rate per season, and tiers that lower the daily rate for longer rentals (for example 1-3, 4-7 and 8+ days) can be added. One-way returns, night delivery and airport fees, as well as extras such as a child seat, an additional driver or extra cover, follow rules you set. The guest sees the total as soon as they choose dates and a location, so you no longer calculate quotes over the phone. You change the pricing rules yourself in the panel.

If your software has an interface that shares data (an API), car availability and bookings can be connected both ways, so a booking from the website lands directly in your software and the risk of double bookings drops. If it does not share data, there are two options: collect bookings in the panel for your team to enter, or move fleet and booking tracking entirely to the new panel. We decide which fits best in the first meeting by looking at your current workflow.

All three models can be set up. Full payment requires clearly written cancellation and refund terms. A deposit shows the guest is serious, with the balance taken on delivery. With a pre-authorisation, the amount is only held on the card, not charged, and is captured or released at delivery, which is closest to how a rental deposit works. We confirm together which virtual POS supports pre-authorisation and set up the 3D Secure flow; card details are never stored on your server.

At booking, it is enough to ask for what you need for contact and eligibility (name, phone, email, year of birth, licence years, flight number). Sensitive data such as ID and licence images are usually taken at delivery, when the contract is signed. The contract step can also be designed to capture everything required for the Turkish police rental notification system (KABİS). In every case, the site needs a KVKK privacy notice and, where required, explicit consent, and data must travel over an encrypted connection with restricted access.

In tourist regions such as Antalya and Alanya, many guests are international; we recommend at least Turkish, English, Russian and German, with Polish or Arabic depending on your target markets. Prices can be shown in the selected currency (TRY, EUR, USD) with daily exchange-rate updates, and the charging currency is set according to your payment provider. With every language on its own address and hreflang tags, international guests can find you through searches like "car rental Alanya" in their own language.

Most rental searches include a region or a pick-up point: "Alanya car rental", "Gazipaşa airport car hire", "Antalya airport car rental" and so on. We build a separate page for each pick-up point with real information (meeting point, handover process, opening hours), keep the address and phone consistent with your Google Business Profile and give car class pages accurate titles. Partnership pages with hotels and transfer companies also become natural links and a source of guests.

Once the scope is clear, a version with the presentation pages and WhatsApp booking requests usually takes 2-4 weeks; a version with a pricing booking engine, a fleet panel and online payment takes a few more weeks depending on scope. If you want to go live before the season, a common approach is to launch the presentation and request version first and add the booking engine in a second phase.
