HOW IT WORKS

How does SEO work and what does Google look at?

Google first finds and reads a page, then judges how well it answers the searcher’s question and how trustworthy it is. SEO means removing the obstacles in front of your site at each of these four stages.

01

Crawling and indexing

Google’s crawler has to be able to find and read your pages. Robots.txt, sitemaps, redirects and rendering issues must not get in the way at this stage.

02

Matching search intent

Google promotes the page that best answers the user’s question. Content has to serve the need behind the search, not just repeat the keyword.

03

Trust and authority

Experience, expertise, mentions from relevant sites, genuine customer reviews and consistent business details all strengthen your site’s credibility.

04

User experience

Pages that load fast on mobile, do not shift and are easy to navigate keep visitors engaged and support rankings through Core Web Vitals signals.

In depth: SEO optimization guide

WHAT’S INCLUDED

What is included in our SEO services?

Content alone or technical fixes alone are not enough. We manage every area that affects rankings as one team, in order of priority.

Technical SEO audit

Crawl errors, index status, canonicals and redirects, duplicate content, schema and hreflang checks, delivered as a prioritized fix list.

Keyword and intent research

We separate queries that drive sales from informational ones and build a content map that assigns each keyword group to a single target page.

Content strategy and writing

Service pages, category copy and guides that answer questions directly, carry real expertise and are kept up to date.

On-page optimization

Title tags and meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, internal linking, image alt text and conversion-focused page layout.

Local SEO and Business Profile

Google Business Profile optimization, consistent business details, local directory listings, a review process and location pages.

Core Web Vitals and speed

Measuring LCP, INP and CLS, then improving mobile performance with image, font, script and server-side optimizations.

Authority and digital PR

Natural link opportunities from industry sources, partners and citation-worthy content instead of bought links.

GEO / AEO and reporting

Content structured to be cited in AI answers, plus a clear monthly performance report built on Search Console and GA4 data.

Core Web Vitals targets

Google’s recommended “good” thresholds: largest contentful paint (LCP) of 2.5 seconds or less, interaction to next paint (INP) of 200 milliseconds or less and cumulative layout shift (CLS) of 0.1 or less. We measure with real user data, mobile first.

Visibility in AI answers

ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews draw on well-structured, trustworthy sources. We prepare your content with question-and-answer structure, clear definitions and cited sources. Read our GEO guide.

COMPARISON

SEO or Google Ads?

One builds a lasting asset, the other captures demand instantly. For most businesses the right answer is to run both on the same data.

WHO IT’S FOR

Who are SEO services right for?

Any business whose customers research on Google before buying benefits from SEO. The fastest returns come where demand already exists but the site is not yet visible.

  • Local service businesses looking for customers on Google
  • Online stores that want more organic sales
  • Hotels and tourism businesses aiming for direct bookings
  • Trust-driven services such as clinics, law firms and consultancies
  • B2B and SaaS companies balancing their ad spend
  • Brands launching a new site and wanting to get it right from day one

What to watch for when choosing an SEO agency

  • Ranking guarantees: Google states that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking. Treat any offer that promises one with suspicion.
  • Bulk backlink packages: paid link networks violate spam policies and can harm your site.
  • Account ownership: Search Console, GA4 and your Business Profile should be in your name; the agency should only get access.
  • Transparent reporting: instead of “rankings went up”, ask for a report showing work done, clicks and conversions.
  • Realistic timeline: lasting results need a plan of at least 3–6 months.

Frequently asked questions about SEO services

What are SEO services and what exactly is done?

SEO services are the technical, content and authority work that helps your website appear higher and more often for relevant searches on engines like Google. In practice we fix crawlability and speed, identify the keywords your customers really use, write or improve pages that answer those searches, optimize your Google Business Profile and report results regularly through Search Console and GA4.

How long does SEO take to show results?

The effect of technical fixes can appear in Search Console within a few weeks, but lasting rankings and traffic growth on competitive keywords usually take 3–6 months. Google’s own guidance also notes that in most cases an SEO needs four months to a year to implement improvements and see the benefit. The site’s current state, competition in your sector and content velocity determine how fast it goes.

Do you guarantee the #1 spot on Google?

No, and we recommend being careful with agencies that do. Google states clearly that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking in search results; the algorithm decides and it changes constantly. Our commitment is measurable work: which technical issues were solved, which pages were written and how impressions, clicks and conversions changed are reported transparently every month, and the next month’s priorities are set from that data.

What determines the cost of SEO?

We do not publish a fixed price list, because the scope depends on the size of the site, its technical platform, keyword competition, monthly content needs and whether you target locally or nationally. A ten-page local business site and an online store with thousands of products are very different workloads. After a free audit we define the scope and monthly work plan, then send a proposal; you can reach us from the contact page.

What does technical SEO cover?

Technical SEO is the infrastructure work that lets Google crawl and index your site without problems. It covers robots.txt and XML sitemaps, canonical tags, redirect chains, broken links, duplicate content, mobile usability, page speed and Core Web Vitals, structured data (schema) and hreflang on multilingual sites. On modern stacks like Next.js we also check server-side rendering and meta tag handling.

Why do local SEO and Google Business Profile matter?

For searches like “dentist near me” or “plumber in Alanya”, Google shows map results above the organic listings. To appear there, your Google Business Profile needs the right category, opening hours, photos and service details, your business name, address and phone number must be consistent everywhere, and you need a steady flow of customer reviews. For businesses that serve customers in person, it is the fastest-returning area of SEO.

How is AI search changing SEO?

Some users now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google’s AI Overviews instead of searching. To be cited as a source in those answers, content needs to answer clear questions directly, show expertise and sources, be technically crawlable, and your brand should be mentioned consistently across different sites. This is called GEO or AEO. It does not replace classic SEO but builds on it, and we include these checks in our SEO work.

Does buying backlinks work?

Bulk and paid link packages violate Google’s spam policies and can lead to penalties or the links being ignored entirely. Authority comes from links earned from relevant sources such as genuinely citation-worthy content, industry directories, local press, partners and associations. We do not buy links; we work on citable content and digital PR opportunities.

Do we need to rebuild our website for SEO?

In most cases, no. Technical improvements and content work can be done on your existing site whether it runs on WordPress, Shopify, IdeaSoft, ikas or custom software. However, when the site sits on a slow platform, has serious mobile problems or its URL structure cannot be changed, a rebuild can be more economical. We make that call with data during the audit; if a rebuild is needed, we plan redirects to protect your existing rankings.

SEO or Google Ads?

They do different jobs. Google Ads gives visibility the day the budget goes live, but traffic stops when the budget stops. SEO takes time, but the rankings and content it builds keep bringing traffic without paying per click. For a new site or campaign we usually recommend starting both: ads meet short-term demand, and ad data shows which keywords drive sales, which sets SEO priorities.
