About the Project
Alwin Property is the real estate company within Alwin Group, offering consultancy on properties for sale and rent and on new projects in Alanya. Within the project, a search structure with list and map views was built, working with filters for property type, area, number of rooms, price, floor area, view and citizenship eligibility. Listing pages include a photo gallery, floor plan, video or virtual tour, map, consultant card, enquiry form and similar listings. For new projects, apartment types, payment plans and construction progress are presented on separate pages. In the admin panel, enquiries are assigned to the relevant consultant and each consultant sees only their own portfolio, while owner and commission details never appear on the site. The site is live in Turkish, English and Russian, and uploaded photos are automatically converted into WebP copies.
