Website design prices in Turkey span a very wide band in 2026: some will build a site for 5,000 TL, others for 250,000 TL. The gap between these quotes for the "same job" is not a difference in skill but a difference in scope. In this article we make clear what is included at each price, where cheap quotes cut corners and which band your own needs fall into.
2026 price bands and what you get for them
| Band | What you get | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 5,000–15,000 TL | Ready-made theme, 4–6 pages, you write the content | Sole traders who only need to "be online" |
| 15,000–35,000 TL | Custom design, 6–12 pages, admin panel, basic SEO | Corporate showcase, service businesses |
| 35,000–80,000 TL | Multiple languages, sector/city pages, content architecture, form-to-CRM flow | Businesses that want to win work from organic traffic |
| 80,000 TL and up | Custom modules, booking/calculation tools, integrations | Businesses with a non-standard workflow |
Our corporate website package is 25,000 TL + VAT (KDV, Turkey's value-added tax) and is delivered in 7–14 days: custom-coded design, mobile responsiveness, a content management panel and technical SEO are included. The full package scope is written out on the pricing page.
The 7 items that set the price
1. Design: ready-made theme or custom?
A ready-made theme is the choice that lowers cost fastest – and the one that causes the most regret. There are two reasons: because hundreds of sites use the same theme, your brand does not stand out, and because the theme imposes its own structure on you, making the changes you want later costs more than writing from scratch.
The real value of custom design is not aesthetics; it is building the page around your sales argument. If your pricing page shows three packages, the design needs to make those three packages comparable; ready-made themes usually do not have that block.
2. Number of pages and depth of content
Page count does not raise the price linearly. The difference in design effort between a 6-page and a 12-page site is small; the difference in content effort is large. Each page needs 400–800 words of original copy, a heading hierarchy and images.
There is a common mistake here: the content is left to the client, the client never finds time to write it, and the project cannot go live for months. When you get a quote, ask for the answer to "who will write the content?" in writing. If copywriting is included, it becomes an item of 1,500–4,000 TL per page.
3. Admin panel (CMS)
If you want to add and edit content yourself, you need a panel. A static site without a panel is 3,000–8,000 TL cheaper, but you will have to go back to a developer for every text change – with 10 changes a year, the difference is gone.
The only case where no panel is needed: single-page promotional sites whose content does not change even once a year.
4. Technical SEO and performance
This is the most misunderstood item, because it is often brushed off with the label "SEO-friendly". What actually needs to be done:
- Writing a separate page title and description for every page
- Setting up the heading hierarchy (H1–H3) correctly
- Converting images to WebP and resizing them
- Schema markup (Organization, LocalBusiness, FAQ)
- Sitemap, robots.txt and canonical tags
- Hitting the Core Web Vitals targets
When all of these are done during the build, the extra cost is low; fixing them after the site goes live is 2–3 times more expensive. For details, see the Core Web Vitals optimization article.
An important distinction: technical SEO ≠ SEO work. Technical SEO makes the site readable for Google; ranking also requires content and time. "SEO included" in a quote does not mean you will be in first place from the first month.
5. Multiple languages
Each additional language multiplies the number of pages. The effect on price is roughly 40–70%. Translation quality is also a decision: machine translation is cheap, but it costs you trust in Russian- or German-speaking markets. For businesses in tourist regions, multiple languages are almost mandatory; for a manufacturer selling to the domestic market, they are an unnecessary cost.
6. Form, WhatsApp and CRM flow
It is not enough for the form to work; what matters is where the enquiry ends up. There are three levels:
- Form that sends an email: The simplest, the minimum that should be included.
- Redirect to WhatsApp: The channel with the highest conversion rate in Turkey.
- Saved to a CRM/panel: So that enquiries are not lost and you can measure which channel they came from.
The third level is an item of 5,000–15,000 TL, but it is indispensable for businesses that advertise: it is the only way to see which ad brings in work.
7. Post-launch maintenance
Annual hosting, domain, SSL, updates and backups come to an expense in the 4,000–15,000 TL band. Sites that are left without maintenance typically have to be overhauled within 18–24 months, either because of a security hole or outdated infrastructure – so saving on maintenance comes back as the cost of a new site within 3 years.
Where cheap quotes cut corners
If a quote is noticeably low, at least three of the following are out of scope. Ask about each of them before comparing:
- Page copy (left to the client)
- Photography and visual work (stock images are used)
- Admin panel
- A separate title/description for every page
- Mobile testing and speed optimization
- Legal texts (KVKK – Turkey's personal data protection law – cookie and privacy policies)
- Google Analytics and Search Console setup
- Maintenance and support period
- Handover of the source code
The last item is the most critical: if the source code and the domain are not registered in your name, you cannot move the site elsewhere. This is the one item that has to be settled before you accept the quote.
Which band do your needs fall into?
These three questions are enough:
- Do you expect the site to bring in work, or will you only use it as an address? If it is only an address, the lower band is enough.
- Is winning organic work from Google part of your plan? If so, you need to move up a band for content architecture and page structure.
- Are you planning to advertise? If you are, conversion tracking and landing page quality come before design.
If the answer to all three is "no", taking the cheapest quote is a rational decision. If you say "yes" to at least one, the price difference is not a cost but an investment.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many days does it take to deliver a website?
If the content is ready, a corporate site takes 7–14 days. If copywriting is included, 3–5 weeks. Most delays come not from development but from waiting for content and images.
Is it expensive to add pages later?
On a site with a panel, adding a blog post or a service page is free – you do it yourself. Adding a new page type (for example a booking page) requires development.
Why do two companies quote very different prices for the same site?
Because they do not write the same scope. The only way to compare two quotes is to ask both about the nine items above.
Will a site built on a ready-made theme rank on Google?
It can; Google measures content and technical structure, not the theme. However, most ready-made themes are heavy, so hitting the speed targets takes extra work.
